Silver price forecast next 5 years
One way to project silver price in future. By Egon

LONG TERM TARGETS GOLD $10,000 & SILVER $666
“If we take our long term forecast for gold which is at least $10,000 in today’s money, and apply the gold/silver historical ratio of 15, we get a silver price of $666 which is quite possible.”
“GoldChartsRUS has produced a silver chart adjusted for real inflation (Shadow Statistics inflation index) which produces an adjusted silver price of $840 in 1980 instead of the actual peak price of $50. Thus, a price of $666 is certainly possible in the next 5 years.”
Feels like I have been waiting 2 liftetimes for those prices
Perma Bull Warning….duck and cover
sheesh
Yes Thanks for warning!!
This is the case of MATH problem. Leaves out practicality.
Eg.: A train traveling at 80 mph how long will it take to reach destination 80 miles away? Ans: 1 hour
Now at what speed mph the train has to travel to reach 80 miles in 10 minutes?
Is it practicle ?? LOL!
Three hundred years of the price trending lower relative to inflation is unbelievable.
The price of silver has lost roughly 97 percent of it’s purchasing power over the last 300 years.
Who could have predicted that this would happen? It defies all reason and logic.
Can anyone explain why this happened?
It is well known that US dollar has lost 98% since 1913 since Federal Reserve was created. So 300 years is not too far. US dollar has lost 80 since 1971 against gold.
Investors have depressed silver prices. ??
Homer, I will take a shot. How about the SUA. How many other commodities have an association of industry titans that have an interest in keeping the price low?
There’s a great point A M
Yes, I think that is probably a significant source of the price suppression over the last four decades (the international SUA was formed in 1976).
Also, if you look at the price of copper from 1970 until today, it has lost even more purchasing power than silver.
In order to solve a financial crime, one needs to ask the question: Who benefits?
I would add the international banking cartel to the top of the list of suspects. Those creatures have been around for 300 years or more.
I tend to question guys who are perma bulls and egon goes into that category – I’ve been hearing these sensational prices since 2008 so I tend to discredit their views –
Okay, I’ll ask the dumb question: What is SUA???
I believe it stands for USA. Typo I am guilty of not proof reading my typo.
The organization used to be known as the Silver Users Association, formed in 1976. Today it is known as the Precious Metals Association of North America (PMANA).
It is now part of the International Precious Metals Institute, Incorporated (IPMI).
