   A comment on the chart — not on the company one way or another — I don’t like to give my (entirely amateurish) opinions on tiny companies–

   I will admit to being a heretic or crackpot on breakouts in general — I’m leery of the ones that go nearly straight up — so feel free to be skeptical here, but…

   in the case of thinly traded companies I am especially wary of breakouts as buy signals. I like to see something else. I have my own indicators, but some common ones are a recent history of higher lows, or prices crossing moving averages, especially upward-trending moving averages. Some knowledge of the company itself is nice–but hard to find (certainly a struggle for me to get even a light feeling for much less a serious grasp).

   It’s all too easy for a single manipulative buyer — or a recommendation by a newsletter writer — to cause a “breakout” in these things. The “breakout” will seem to feed on itself–>self fulfilling prophecy. However if episodes of bad news strike, the new owners are likely to bail (enthusiasm turns to weak hands in an instant). The results may not be good unless everyone is buying penny stocks and no one cares about bad news in any of them. My totally amateurish opinion.

       In other words less than 150,000 Canadian dollars worth or approximately 100,000 US dollars worth per day. Divide by perhaps 20 subscribers to a newsletter > 5,000 USD worth per purchasercould account for that activity.

       Or perhaps one single entity buying 100K worth.

       It’s less than 15,000 USD per hour changing hands over the day on average. (I’ll be pleasant and assume no one was driving the price up intentionally by selling back and forth manipulatively–as a matter of fact I highly doubt it.)

       It may become next year’s Barrick. I can’t know. By not buying it (let’s say I don’t already own it) I may have made a huge mistake.

       Yet the turnover may have been great for this particular stock in share number and even for the stock itself in terms of (US or Canadian) dollars but is a tiny, barely noticeable turnover compared to many companies in volume and a even less turnover compared to many companies in terms of dollar turnover.

         Maybe Dave bought them all! Ha!

         Your points are ok.
         However Spock DID NOT recommend buying it now !!
         He still holds his 35’000 shares (350k before split) from 2017.
         ACTUALLY the buying comes from somewhere else !

           I wondered whether newsletter writer or writers other than Spock X might have recommended it. The management has changed somewhat. Not only do they have new Canadian properties but from 1 somewhat recent news release I inferred the possibility of a new association of management with someone or two with one of those properties, but I am so so distant from that stuff I don’t know. The seller of one of these properties to the company, probably for stock, is I think the sort who is experienced at inspiring newsletter writers etc. Vague impressions, not analysis, here. Just-so stories etc.

           I honestly don’t know whether it is a good speculation or not. I was just commenting on the question of sharp breakouts esp in downward moving tiny companies.

           (Incidentally I do recognize that TSI does reflect moving averages in its calculations. If buying it on the basis of chart I still would have liked to see the prices themselves tending to curve up, to go up over the moving averages, etc, rather than rely so much on an indirect indicator even if the indicator has some basis in moving averages. It’s just so easy for these things to move.)

     Volume is the second from the bottom on the chart. Comparatively huge volume this week.

   Time will tell…they’ve acquired several Canadian land packages before the recent run up in Gold…they have four properties in Burkina Faso situated in proximity to working mines (SEMAFO and ROXGOLD)…and their in the process of acquiring three Gold bearing Mining Claims in West Gabon very large land package…DYDD…I own shares

     Quite interesting. Maybe multiple things going on. Could be great substantial news at one or more properties, recommendations by more than one subscription service. Could both of the above. Will be fun to see.

       Under the Radar accumulation has been going on for a Month if you look at the Charts…only thee past four trading days has the buying spiked…someones buying approaching $1m about 9M shares…

         What indicator should I be using to make that observation? I am not exactly adept on accumulation indicators — I do glance at OBV, which seems to have gone up recently only around the 10th, when moving averages and other things were also turning up. It moved up a bit around the end of June but nothing like the way I think it did for any number of little stocks. Perhaps I should be looking at something else.
