The news release indicates that there is gold in two portions of the property. The results apparently derive from samplings of two veins that have been identified as veins, thus constitute something of a best-case situation, likely something in the order of cherry picking. At an early stage of exploration such cherry picking is routine, so the description is not meant to be pejorative. One looks to see where the most interesting stuff might be. However from the data one does not know the size of the veins, how deep they go, how many veins there are on the property much less other data such as homogeneity of content of veins. It is good news in that one now knows that there is non-zero quantity of gold on the property (or at least there was before the samples were removed) and hypothetically there could be an extraordinary amount of high grade material. However large amounts of land containing 1-2 small veins containing sparse tiny amounts of high grade material are not rarities in the world. So it amounts to a bit of not bad news, and so far so good.
And perhaps an investor relations dept eager to earn its keep. Or so is my impression.

I bought Nexus Gold (NXXGF) because it was on Spock’s list. According to my Fidelity account, I bought it at $1.62. Now it’s around 8 cents. Should I dollar-cost average? LOL! Good thing I bought only a little bit. The same thing happened with ARSMF. Unless you can afford to buy the whole list, it doesn’t work because you could be like me and pick all the duds on the list.
