New Blood
All right G(Oldtent )
Lets shake this up
We need some new blood…New TA posters to chime in….
We need to show those pesky twitterites , who post exclusively in their little fiefdoms , what a collective collaborative group of well trained students of Technical Analysis can do when they gather at this Oasis.
This place is and always will be THE place to gather and try to slay this 3 headed Gold Market Monster.
Just email me at gmag@live.ca
Just answer the following prying questions to see if you are fit to join us regulars ( who are dwindling in numbers as we stoop to insulting eachother while we wait restlessly for Gold to soar)
1..What is your TA history
2…What handle ( user ID) do you want ?
3…What grade did you get in the category “Plays well with others” in Kindergarden ?
…………………………
And you “old” posters step it up and post your stuff.
Last thing we need is a vacuum when we may be on the cusp of a moonshot
If we don’t get some more positive energy in here we will close this tent down and
Embark on the new journey of the next decade and beyond
… Weedtent Paradise
Fully
Is gold breaking out Fully … seriously look at your charts? Thoughts?
Dear Fully,
many of us have been exhausted for so many years in the hope of seeing gold (and especially gold stocks) rise after the almost unforgivable mistake of not selling in 2011.
As for me, I will not believe in a new gold bull until gold surpasses $ 2,000 and even more until silver surpasses $ 50.
I am pessimistic but I hope that this site will be able to survive both with the help of the old posters and with the new ones and also, why not, with the return of someone who used to write in the past.
We have lost many battles but perhaps not yet the war (perhaps …) and this site I hope will, as always, be an indispensable source of ideas and suggestions in order to win the final battle.
Good luck to all.
Jeez Fully. You sound more apocalyptic than ever.
My TA backround is as follows. In the 1990’s I became a friend of Tom Joseph…inventor of Advanced GET. Great program. We lived in the same town and I followed his work with great enthusiasm. He sold his company in 2000 for a fabulous price right at the market top (back then). I still have the program but I lost my data source so I’m not currently using it.
In 2000 ish I happened to come across a fellow by the name of Terry Laundry who invented the T Theory newsletter. Sheer genius in my opinion. I got to meet him personally at his Nantucket home for a seminar.
For now, I just use the generic version of stockcharts which is a pretty good value in as much as it’s free.
Yes….free seems to be the operative word and almost everything IS free if its information. No wonder there’s no inflation
cheers Jim..
.ps…just got in from playing with my ass
🙂
