Good Morning Sir Chuck
Your point is well taken. Thanks for bringing it up .
Its not really an all time high yet ( but that is a moot point)
Something is really Wrong
The breakout has happened as you say and it was against Strong Resistance.
Personally I think its time for this community to rethink this Silver fetish that seems all pervasive.
Gold …OK…its a Central Bank asset and they seem to be buying more and more. Its a hedge against financial calamity and all that. It still makes sense as an insurance policy . It’s real money that has stood the test !
But Silver ?
Who really wants Silver in a financial meltdown ?
Its really just another commodity at this point I’m sorry to say ( I have a LOT of it in deep storage)
Look at this chart objectively and then ask the question …Silver ? really ?

Fully agree, only speculators and retail investors buy silver, I prefer to buy physical gold, as it is more easy to transport and Bid/ask are lower than silver. On top of that Gold supply demand is in deficit and central banks are buying.
Who cares about silver. Remember in the 1930’s silver did nothing. Of course once gold is north 2000$ or more silver will maybe follow. Silver miners however I prefer NOT to hold as only 1 or 2 producers are making any money and charts are horrible.
Thanks Alex. I respect your well considered opinions.
You are one of the few here who really research the PM Miners.
best
Fully
I do hold some physical silver as I think it is a nice speculation. Silver miners I prefer not to touch as names like AG and EXK have very high costs base and never made ANY free cash flow.
In the 2016 bull run I did invest in names like AG, but AG will only turnaround if silver is 25+. By then gold related names will be up nicely too with less risk. I prefer to invest in gold miners that ARE making money at current gold prices and will double or triple cash flow at gold $1500-$1700.
Fully, do a survey on silver to see the community’s sentiment.
I already know the sentiment. Most are stackers….buy and hold forever. Its a cult…and I am in it.
I have sold half my stash over the last few years though.
I had way too much of the stuff and it’s heavy sh!t man
Thanks Fully. I wish NetDania went further back.
