I recall reading somewhere in Edward’s and Magee’s “Technical Analysis of Stock Trends” that a megaphone pattern is the sign of an unintelligent market. At least that’s the way I remember it from years gone by. I frequently look for the megaphone pattern to see how it plays out. This one is a classic.
