How about Stagflation ?
Yes, it is, and I wouldnt rule stagflation out. Wage inflation here in the UK has been very, very slow for many years now, but property has gone up 400% since around the year 2000 where I live. Wages in my industry are up about 25% in the same period. Go figure. Inflation is there, if you know where to look for it. A university education now costs close to £50000 all told. It used to be free (paid for by our taxes).
