   My work says no. Just the opposite.
   I use the old etf FSG. Updated as UGL/SSO.
   Then I take the long view, not a daily or what not.
   Its been trending down and is still pointing that way with virtually no prospects for a near term recovery. (As I look at it. YMMV)

   Re the broad mkt, maybe RSP can help (equal weight).
   But unless there’s an operative way to short the crappy stocks when they crap out one at a time, I’ll just wait until the generals top out. RUT certainly isn’t caving yet.

   My Cycle work also shows we are nearing a Cycle low in PMs and a cycle high in stocks. Silver may already bottomed but needs to close tomorrow above 17.20

   Stocks may have some upside left but are nearing a top for their 5-6 month Intermediate Cycle. I expect the Feb low to be tested at the next major low later this summer.
