Gold was breaking out over night as the dollar is breaking down ( kudos to those who have been expecting the dollar break)…BUT
Even with the dollar down Gold has reversed off of 1333 and dropped back to almost flat !
Gold Sucks ( the life out of you)
sheesh….someone cheer me up !
Gold and PM stock sucks BIG!!!!
Especially compared to what have made over the last year the SM ,cryptos and pot stocks.
In oder to cheers both up we needs a sort of miracle,Fully 🙁
And especially what is disturbing me is that IF this is a new leg up ,it is completely different from the one that began in january 2016 where PM stocks immensely outperformed gold
Gold is the great destroyer, it promises riches, but makes you poor. That is the definition of a gamble. It appeals to the gambler instinct in everyone, but somehow we excuse it, make it pretty, cover the stink with perfume and call it an “investment.” Then we repeat it all over again and pretend to be sane.
Sorry, you asked to be cheered up, and I piled on. I realized after the recent death of someone I loved dearly, that if you have your health, you have everything. I hope that’s something, unless you’re sickly, then I’m sorry again.
Amen to that.
Ask yourself one question: Do you think the government will do what’s good for your long term interests, or will they do what they can to win the quadrennial popularity contest, posterity and fiscal responsibility be damned (look at what Premier Wynne has been doing in Ontario).
If the former, sell gold. If the latter, buy it. Live your life, and don’t trade too much. Remember with investing, patience is a superpower. This time is not different.
Gold not doing that badly. Just broke through resistance at 1322.
Cheer up fully, take a look over the cannabis sector. It appears the pot smokers are getting a lesson in “pump and dump” and they just may be burned enough to take a look at the “stable” PM sector…lol!
Right on, JK. Big gamble, big drawbacks. Gotta diversify and be nimble.

Seriously guys, gold could be following the 10 yr more than it is right now and be severely punished. Its lucky its doing this well imo.
