I think the overwhelming majority of the investing public are completely unaware of the prospects for gold/Silver etc. If the theory is that you should buy low at the bottom of the commodity cycle, and sell high at the top – now is without doubt a time to buy (unless the rules of the game get broken for the first time in a very long time, and many cycles).
