I see what you’re trying to accomplish by comparing the 80s to right now, but there are significant fundamental differences at the 2 different points in history. That’s why I think this *wont* be how it unfolds. My .02c

TSI rising above zero is a clue. I don’t think this pattern will repeat, but even if it does, we have a 40% rise ahead of us in the next 2 years, taking us to around $1800 gold. Miners should double or triple. I’d be happy with that. Another reason to turn more bearish in 2020.
