Loading ...SOYB / Silver Correlation.
I remember reading a comment regarding the correlation between SOYB and Silver shortly after joining the Tent April 2016. If memory serves me correctly, I believe the comment was referring to Trader Dan and his spotting of this interesting correlation. With that, I would like to share the following chart for what ever its worth.
In the past there was not really a correlation with Silver and Soybeans. Since 2000 correlation fluctuates between 0.7 and -0.7 so not a reliable indicator. This is normal as soybeans are influenced by the weather and gold and silver not.
Not TDs original. The correlation has been well documented since before he could read.
Its sorta like the Yen Gold thing…but no one has an explanation
