OK…haven’t heard much about His Socrates and his personal calls here for a while.
he was all the rage in until a year or so ago. His followers were posting his work here.
I was NEVER a believer. I bought his first Gold report …and found it ridiculously incoherent and completely useless.
Posted my feelings here and got an earful.
Anybody still following his work ?
1…How are his calls panning out ?
2…How is Socrates ?
3…Has he become more clear or still the same old “election” stuff.
4…What is he saying about Gold and the dollar Now ?
5…Is he relevant for trading PMs ?
I am a subscriber to Socrates. It’s $14 a month. It has helped, but I see the same if not better brain work here as I see from that computer program. It’s fairly accurate for general overviews of a variety of markets and individual stocks. Socrates says that gold, even though it’s a buy, is immediate term bearish to technically neutral on the weekly, but in an uptrend on the monthly. We’ll see. The dollar is bearish for the week and month, but a bit more bullish for the year, yet Socrates says collapse likely for the quarter. The problem is that those trends on the charts also change sometimes on a daily basis, so they’re meaningless for the most part. I would say overall, I think it’s good for a basic insight into market trends. Unfortunately, I’m kinda of addicted to it in a way, because I think it sorta works.
Thanks for that Marcus
$14 a month for a gazillion bit gazillion dollar state of the art artificial intelligence ..and it gets this tepid response
Very Instructional and honest…thanks for that
Good to know the combined human grey matter applied to the markets here is a match for Socrates
🙂
Wait a minute……..”Socrates says that gold, even though it’s a buy, is immediate term bearish to technically neutral on the weekly, but in an uptrend on the monthly. We’ll see. The dollar is bearish for the week and month, but a bit more bullish for the year, yet Socrates says collapse likely for the quarter.”
Pratically “Socrates” is telling us that it/he is bullish-bearish-neutral on both gold and the dollar……
You don’t need artificial intelligence in order to be bullish-bearish-neutral on the markets……and the fact that the trends change on a daily basis will make the poor subscriber even more confused…..
