   It is indeed scary. I bought the “juniors” heavily earlier this year with the intention of bailing much higher (or else below the January lows), other than selling to pay for expenses or selling ones I find reasons to dislike. Now I am forced to imagine the 2nd possibility.

   If it goes much lower and I have inadvertently misled anyone by sounding too enthusiastic here or especially in the Spock setting, I apologize deeply.

   For reasons that may or may not be right–I have often noted how many errors I’ve made–I intend not just to sit but to lie back, even though it would cause me significant and painful problems to give up the gains and more. I reserve the right to change my mind, but I expect that this is an environment of quick reversals, even from way lower.

   I do note from the chart that I don’t have to use any statistical software to know that for quite a while there was a great uptrend but since then a significant downtrend. I don’t have the software running much less the data entered into it, but I have no idea whether since the beginning of the run up there is, overall, a significant up, or whether it is indeterminate.

     We have not yet even had the almost obligatory 32.8% Fibo retrace on the mining Indices

     Finally we will now as of the open !

       Just went to incakolanews.blogspot.ca and saw that “Otto” labelled Sirios a pump/dump. Wrote that it had sold off massively on bad drill results. I’m usually not too bad at sensing pump/dump, but apparently I was taken in this time. I was cavalier this year. I figured–actually correctly with the market as it was earlier this year–that I could do ok on my own w/o having a Spock or an “Otto” (have recently subscribed) or a Plunger do the due diligence that I don’t do. For all I know Sirios’s next drilling results will be great. However I didn’t look at charts, look at the results, or do anything. Didn’t even read “Otto”‘s few sentence’s carefully. Just took my profits (never had a huge position unfortunately). So I will continue to recline (not sit)–but as I noted above I will sell if there’s something that doesn’t *sit* well with me, as w/ Sirios.
