The VIX says correction has started. How far down do we go?? Look for the VIX reversal to get an answer. As long as we stay above 2120 on S&P 500 have to remain overall bullish. IF we bounce off near that level and the VIX fortells a reversal I will go long.
Just so I understand, if the VIX goes up then S&P goes down? Is that right?
Yes. VIX usually rises as the market goes down.
