There are those who scoff, but a very high % of these big moves come off right shoulders.

I call it Third Times the Charm b\c that’s what a right shoulder is, a charm.
Additionally, they have a validity rate of 97%. Meaning they play out almost every time.

Its just a higher low after a trend line break when you get down to it.
Commonly found after a falling wedge stops falling.
NOTHING in TA works out 97% of the time !!
