   I find this quite amusing as this outcome has been described since the beginning of the downturn in 2008 by those who understood the dynamics and path ahead out of a post bubble contraction (PBC). First, however it’s ludicrous to stick to the dogma that the financial establishment has not been in favor and active in suppressing the price of gold. Of course they have. But, putting that debate off the table the way a PBC proceeds is after numerous attempts to reverse the downward deflationary dynamic the establishment finally stumbles upon the last ditch method of increasing the price of gold. This is not a new thing. It has always been the way out in the past. FDR of course did it in 1933. I guess we are arriving at this point in the PBC where the brilliant financial planners are stumbling onto this again.
