Even with this recent strong bounce .
Everyone and his Donkey are Licking their chops (Me included) at Shorting these Stock indices !

Then I use google translate … pdl to EW ….

Another indicator I follow the “Seven Sentinels” Are on the verge of a sell signal. I have been using these signals for the past year. EVERY time they have been triggered the market has been either higher or lower 2-4 months later in lockstep with that signal. I will post more in detail when able, but for those interested:

The SevenSentinels Provide an intermediate term signal and the last 2 buy signals basically bought after the 2 big downdrafts in August then Earlier this year. You would have had to have held while the market was about to potentially crash through long term support. On the other hand the Sell Signals have been right on. The last sell signal was right after the big ramp up in Oct 2015 and we all know what happened after that with the big sell off into earlier this year.
My point with the SOX chart is it had broken out and is now backtesting
SOX has not made a new high as did the SPX and DOW and Naz ..I believe it Is now poised to make up ground and lead
A any rate one shouldn’t dismiss its breakout
