   This underscores PRECISELY the case for the longer term bear correction I discuss in my EW analysis over on the right.
   The positive divergence you may be looking for going forward …the bookend to your negative divergence top .. needs an initial low that hasn’t even formed yet.
   That would be the counterpoint to the initial peak in your TSI line in 2008.
   That initial reversal will confirm the start of the B wave retrace I expect.
   But as a quarterly, I’m not sure it will be much help determining when that will actually begin, although there’s no hint of it in here yet.

       3 quarterly touches at 100 rejected on the way up and now 3 on the way down
