Loading ...Energy Sector Washouts
As part of my theme for longer term investing in 2016, I’ve been hunting for bargain basement stocks that look like they are undergoing Wave 5 washouts with a 1-3 year investing horizon. FCEL meets this criteria and I picked some up yesterday. I think this could be a double in a few months and 4 bagger in less than 2 years.

But I don’t think its ripe yet.
Look at the sto’s, and contemplate a few signal rules. If it were me, I’d want the fast and slow at least converging, likely within visual range of each other, and in oversold territory. I see none of those conditions met.
Look at the stock split history. This stock splits are inverse of AAPL splits. Melting away the share holders equity thru dilution???
Bottom is not even in site. I traded this one back in 2003.
