its called recency bias. the best way to overcome the condition, is to just buy one stock for a small position. pick one of the stage 2 stocks. I like CEE.TO….have a look at its chart.
when you see some gains, then buy a second stage 2 stock. after a while your confidence should return. do not trade them. put em in the drawer.
Spock-great advice. GLD had a gap on the 15 min chart which filled this morning. But, tell me please unless I’m just missing it: why is Seabridge Gold not on your list? Maybe it’s considered a small cap which you don’t have listed yet. It’s been in a very strong upswing for months now.
I’m curious of your opinion on gold itself: do you feel even it goes lower and, for example, breaks 1000 or even approaches Rambus’ charts of 800 or less, that such a decline has already been baked in many of the stocks listed in your charts? Regards.
If you put on your investor hat for a minute and put the trader hat aside, your post indicates that it may be a good time to buy PMs for the future, does it not? “No one outside of Bugdome gives a rats asp about precious metals.” What better reason is there to claim a stake in them then? It is best to get in before the crowd. I think you may have converted into a total trader, Fullgoldcrown.
What if the supposed rate hike on Wednesday causes a crash of the system and you cannot buy/sell for a few days? What then if, when the markets open back up, the PMs and miners are trading at triple their current price? With the shenanigans that have been going on the past few years, anything is possible.
