On Sat. morning Mario Inneco showed charts of cocoa and silver and while not identical, some pretty similiar recent action. That same day, I see a chart in the WSJ showing that from the low in 2022 cocoa basically doubled to reach it’s previous ATH from 1977 and has since gone up another 60% after that.

If we say silver doubles to reach it’s ATH at $50 and then proceeds to rise another 60%, that brings it to $80 and cocoa doesn’t look like it is done going higher, yet? I don’t know what historical correlation(if any) there might be, other than just both being commodities, currently in shortages, but that is good enough for now.
