Polish Prez Duda made these Comments in a speech at the UN ! This is Not a Polish Joke .
The situation between Poland and Ukraine is now “belligerent” with V. Zelensky unleashing vitriolic comments against Poland and the Baltic states, saying that “some in Europe are helping Russia”.
Polish President Duda said after the cancellation of the meeting with Zelensky that this situation with Ukraine cannot continue.
“Ukraine is like a drowning man trying to take us all to the bottom.”
For his part, the Polish prime minister warned Ukraine that “if it continues to escalate the conflict, new sanctions will be imposed on Ukrainian products.”

This would be important.
Just a few weeks ago, it seemed that Poland was far more anxious to step in.
Now whether that would have been to support Ukraine, versus just seizing spoils, I can’t say.
But the former seems far less likely now.
There had better be ongoing back channel conversations about these matters between Poland, Belarus and Russia.
