It is becoming clear now that, Covid 19 and the related injections, have setup auto immune diseases in many people, where the immune system has been altered to attack the body’s own organs, including nervous system.
The best treatment is fasting. And its free, except it requires taking responsibility and some discipline, which most cannot handle unfortunately.
Start with intermittent fasting (miss breakfast) then transition to one meal a day, followed by a 2 to 5 day fast. Eliminate bread/flour/sugar/seed oil products from diet too. The gluten and fructose and omega 6 in these, causes inflammation, and feed the auto immune disease.
I doubt whether anything else, apart from fasting, is cheaper and quicker at correcting the damage that the poison injections have caused.
I never took the poison shots, but nevertheless, practise intermittent fasting. For example, only have 2 meals a day, within a 6 hour time window. The benefits are amazing. Once you try this, you will never go back to the current constant eating that most think is necessary.
I agree with that Leo. We just eat too much, period. Hardly anyone is even aware of what their real caloric needs are and what is excessive because almost everyone binge eats. The most obvious thoughts about diet get rejected out of hand. Like stop eating so much if you want to lose weight. What is so hard about that simple advice? LOL
I’ve naturally done intermittent fasting my entire life. I’ve never needed 3 meals per day and very often had something I’d rather do than eating, sometimes for days. Sometimes when I felt like cleaning out, I’d do the Master Cleanse, sometimes doing this liquid diet for 45 days and still not being hungry for solid foods. Earlier this year I was thinking about doing the Master Cleanse, but I decided instead to do a water fast. I second Leo’s views, that fasting is an incredibly powerful tool to maintain or regain health.
Interestingly, just yesterday I began a water fast! I don’t know how long I’ll do this, but based on past experience, it will likely be a while. I don’t have any target, but will start eating again when my body says to. I always stay very active and use that as a guide as to monitor my level of energy. After breaking the fast, I’ll stick with a keto diet at least for a while, but I suspect for a long time. This is something new for me.
