on EQMEF … started buying September 2021.
Last bought October 2022.
Then the strongest recent upleg started and for once, I decided to abandon the lessons learnt from my own history, and not sell at all.
Paid, metaphorically, seeing it go down from 15 cents to 8 cents or like that.
The entire position is up 123% today.
It is trying to break into that 16 cents zone.
Advice appreciated.

The invested amount in EQMEF is less than 1% of my equity portfolio.
Volume: showing more green bars than red bars since 10/24/2022.
Ultimate Oscillator is far from overbought.
MACD crossover happened on 3/20/2023.
My measured target is 38 cents, from the recent lows of 0.0876.

Don’t really know the difference between gold stocks and Vegas. I guess one could argue the odds favor gold stocks, but in the end most go broke. Sell.

You know, the hardest thing is to get right and sit tight. Have to think in terms of multiple years, not two or three. Think of the recently ended bull in the general markets. A 12 year run!!
So, I’ll share a story. I once owned shares in Caledonia Gold – a gold mine in Zimbabwe of all places. This was back in the day when gold & silver stocks were coming to the end of their bull run. I bought somewhere around .50 – .60. There was a group of us on the old Tent that owned the darn thing. It went sideways, then down, down. down. A guy in Sweden owned a ton, and he offered the Caledonia group of us a challenge: when Caledonia hit $1 he would host a weekend getaway in his hometown. Of course, we all got excited and started checking on how to get there! Of course we did.
I finally sold a year or so later for .10 or .08 or .06. Just got fed up (once again) with gold and silver stocks.
well, those clowns that run Caledonia not only kept the mine going, they expanded it and today, that damn stock is selling for $15. Had I just sat tight…I only had 5,000 shares.
Do NOT sell. That stock is just now breaking out. You got right, now sit tight. As you rightly note, it has plenty of room to run to the upside. Plenty.
