If forced to take my opinion is to ensure you are on a baby aspirin. Despite that you should already be on healthy doses of Vitamin D. Possibly Quercetin, Zinc as well for general preventive measures.
Pfizer has applied to FDA for approval to make the annual flu shot an mRNA product also — think I will skip it this year!!
