   Something to look out for in your own research:

   I happen to know a bit more than the average person on the relevant biology, and I would not begin to touch the question I’m about to ask. I am not sure I should even be asking it in public for fear of scaring people. I am not sure I would trust anyone’s answer. I would want a super-expert in degenerative brain disease who is not bought. A graduate student or someone like that who has done a lot of studying might do, or even a non-specialist who has spent many days going through papers. I am not so keen on MD’s even those on “our” side who do not have reams of references to cite. I could name 1 or 2 you might know I might tentatively trust myself, but I am not sure I would recommend them for others since I am not sure.

   The problem is zinc supplements in people who have been inoculated. I know a neurologist, not a neurodegeneration expert, but really smart, who even years ago was reluctant to take Zn supplements even briefly for colds because of some studies suggesting Zn could tend to put one at greater risk for some neurodegen diseases. I think that is absolutely ridiculous, and I take extra Zn if I feel a bug coming on even tho I already get plenty of Zn in my diet. It is esp ridiculous if you get don’t get much Zn in your diet and you have not gotten the shots. Nevertheless if you go to the literature you see that Zn may help some of the neurodegen processes advance. It’s way over my head. If you get any experts on the topic, corner them:

   should people who have taken the shots avoid Zn supplements freely?
