   A witness in Trump ally Sidney Powell’s lawsuits says the voting results in ‘Edison County’ Michigan indicate fraud. No such place exists. This would be laughable if it wasn’t so sad.

     So if that’s true perhaps they made a typo mistake..THEY ARE RUSHED at the moment with all this fraud and all these deadlines …it seems like a very minor flaw if they mistook the name of one county compared to what I just posted above Surf.

     See my post above and then tell me you still don’t see any reason to “Investigate” Fraudulent behavior on Election Night

     You are citing a most trivial island in a SEA of Fraud.

     What about all the other Counties in all these states that were reported on does this mistaken identity cancel them all out …make all the evidence wrong ?

     PS…If you have a typo or misname a security in a post …does that mean everything you posted on is invalid ?

     The Dallas group perhaps? They mistook MI for Minnesota and examined MN counties.

     A number of folks have noted that. So yes, bad analysis is far worse than none.

   Trump has definitely reshaped the Judiciary but the bottom line is that they are not ruling in his favor and now his own AG has weighed in saying no evidence of fraud so far. Here is a quote from one of his Appellate appointees.

   “Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy,” Judge Stephanos Bibas wrote on behalf of a unanimous U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals panel. “Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.”

   Two judges appointed by President George W. Bush, also a Republican, signed onto Bibas’ decision.

     “I am not concerned whether there was election fraud or not even if Biden were in Trump’s position”

     If a person’s stance doesn’t pass the shoe-on-the-other-foot test, it’s really not worth arguing about.

     Personally, if Biden’s campaign came out with as much eye witness (under oath testimony) and statistical evidence, I’d be ashamed to affiliate with the rep party and start looking for someplace else in the world to move to – U.S. dem’s sure aren’t asking questions.

     Many dem rank and files would acknowledge some impropriety but they won’t voice it – why would that be? Dems, conservatives and especially libertarians are afraid of leftists/marxists/socialist majorities (first amendment). Do you think Biden/Kamala are any of these three things and we’ll go back to the good ol’ status quo days of Clinton or maybe BHO? Is the only reason there is political strife in the US, because conservatives and rep’s are not rolling over for the Dem’s US envisioned role in the world order (Iran deal/Paris Accord/submitting to UN power/adopting an EU model/ignoring borders and border laws) – peace through unity – also known as univision. How do you feel toward someone that doesn’t want univision – should they be re-educated perhaps?

     You’re not going to say what you think regarding these issues because either you 1) won’t admit your vision for a perfect world or 2) you deny there is any international ‘agenda’ for the US – honestly, does Biden have great leadership skills or does he answer to a ‘higher power’? Did BHO really see Biden’s incredible leadership skills when he selected him for VP (do you really think BHO and Biden have the same ‘bond’ as between Trump and Pence? Did Biden really, of his own cognition think – “you know, after debating Kamala Harris, I think she should lead this country if I have to leave office for whatever reason” Say it out loud.

     Yea, I’m attributing thoughts to both of you that may not exist but convince me otherwise. What does your world vision look like?
     What is the US’s role (piggy bank/mil leadership) and what role if any, should dissenting citizens have – disarmed and silent or worth debating?
     Do you have a fence around your property? If so, why?

   CTH tonight is noting that Barr slipped in appointing Durham as special counsel (and upgrade) on Crossfire. But this would deny Trump the ability to declassify.

   Barr is a Deep State plant by Turdle … Trump was limited in his appointments … no recess appointments his whole term, and Turdle told T who could get confirmed. That’s why Barr and Wrap are still in their seats. THEY PROTECT THEIR OWN.

     All I know is that the single unifying thread of the Trumpian theory of the deep state is an abiding disregard for expertise and evidence. Unfortunately for Trump, Evidence needs to stand up in a court of law. Unless this aspect changes he will be a loser in the end.

       There’s evidence all over the damn place. Apparently, you don’t believe your lying eyes. Are you waiting for the authorities to tell you what is acceptable evidence? The American political system is corrupt from top to bottom, and there’s plenty of evidence of that as well; even if most don’t believe it. What many are hoping for is that by some chance the whole matter will be adjudicated by an honest, deliberative body
