   I’m still surprised by the bearishness from many given how strong gold/silver/miners have been. There are still some impactful companies that are on the margin of breaking out, which will drive GDX/GDXJ meaningfully higher. It would be worse to be on the sidelines or shorting them if they continue to power higher over the short-term. Although the daily charts are overbought, the weekly and monthly have plenty of room to run.

   I guarantee there are kindhearted gold/silver bulls currently on the sidelines having missed most of this move because of being burned the last 5+ years. It’s time to get out of that coma and wake up! I still think we see a breakout through $1365-ish before a true pullback occurs. That will also light a fire under silver and the miners. Per Rambus charts and Fully’s chart today, the current pullback is shaping up to be a backtest of the $1325-$1330 level.

       Fully … I love everyone on this site, but I am convinced the best way to max gains is to not miss the moves and hold positions until the end of the bull years ahead. A little trading in/out is fine, but too difficult to master for multiple positions over the long haul.

         IF this is a Bull…and Obviously I think it is….you are exactly right Afasilver.

         Trading in and out will drive you nutz and destroy your hard won gains.

         I used to Hold a portfolio and leave 25% in cash and use it to hedge when I figured there was a turn coming.

         Invariably I would lose on the hedge….

         So this time I am resisting the urge.

           Fully I’m sitting tight and content, and in the green (should I say deep green) on almost all holdings. Between these and uranium, I’m sitting tight and if there is another cycle low as Northstar has pointed out in a few years, I’ll likely hold and not sell anything. The beautiful uptrend channel Rambus shows for gold and the miners (and probably silver too?) are truly works of art. I think we’ve gotta trust it, and let the gains compound easily without any fretting.

   Yep I am fully in agreement with you guys but I do trade in and out whenever I see the odds in my favor. Today I sold some pot to buy silver, Ha! traded cbwtf for asm that is.
