Rob has been touting the amount of metal in the ground that MUX has since the most recent earnings conference call.  The thing to keep in mind here is that McEwen has Los Azules.  He seems to think that the 20 billion pounds of copper in his project are worth 800 million.  Keep in mind that this could be one of the larger copper mines in the world but does require a massive investment to get off the ground.  This is why MUX carries the valuation that it does.
