Junior Minor : Rye Patch News release
Since the beginning of 2015, the Company has received CDN$4,802,300 in royalty payments — CDN$1,850,000 in Q1 plus CDN$1,490,000 in Q2 plus CDN$1,462,300 in Q3 – compared to a total of CDN$4,137,000 received in 2014.
Rye Patch Gold Corp. is a Tier 1, well-funded junior mining company led by a seasoned management team that has participated in major discoveries totaling over 100-million ounces of gold. The team is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of quality resource-based gold and silver projects along the emerging Oreana trend and the prolific Cortez trend. Benefitting from its strong financial position, the Company’s strategy is to balance development and exploration risk, creating value by:
Advancing the Lincoln Hill project toward production;
Pursuing a world class discovery – Garden Gate and Patty – contiguous to and on strike with Barrick’s Goldrush deposit; and
Seeking new project opportunities and accretive transactions.
The Company’s cash and cash flowing royalty allow for progress without dilution to shareholders. For more information about the Company,

Man, there is a ton of good info and a wheat field of opportunity in these juniors – should gold ever take off. I’ve added a few in the Oz gold patch, no Americanos yet. This one looks like it could indeed explode to the upside. Of course, not much downside available as it sits.
I agree wholeheartedly with the reasons for speculating in Rye Patch. I used to be extremely enthusiastic about the company, and I may have hurt myself by having sold all my shares.
I have never before commented on this website but I felt obliged to warn that one of the directors was a director of Allied Nevada when it filed for bankruptcy. That Rye Patch tolerated his presence made me concerned that its management could be crooked.
The filing for bankruptcy of Allied Nevada seems to have all the earmarks of pure fraud on the part of management and large financial entities. The company seemed plenty viable when bankruptcy seemed almost miraculously to have been forced upon it. I acknowledge that I am no expert in such matters. However I feel obliged to offer the warning.
You can use a search engine to look up “Allied Nevada fraud” for a website with information. Personally I prefer as a reference the pro se court filings of shareholders Brian Tuttle and Stefan Tachev:
https://cases.primeclerk.com/alliednevadagold/Home-DocketInfo?DockSearchValue=tuttle
https://cases.primeclerk.com/alliednevadagold/Home-DocketInfo?DockSearchValue=tachev
(There are many filings. I recommend starting with Brian Tuttle’s early ones and going sequentially. These filings may make you queasy about any investments of any sort, or at least the potential for being strong-armed by corrupt managements who can get away with anything that could be pushed into possibly systemically fraudulent bankruptcy systems when presented the manifest interest of prominent banks and hedge funds.)
I think that reading Tuttle’s filings on Allied Nevada should make clear that it could be unwise to have anything to do with a management that had anything to do with Allied Nevada directors or management, even if the company owned pure title to massive boulders of pure nugget gold. I do regret feeling uncomfortable in not holding Rye Patch shares any more. I might be missing something. Allied Nevada was solid, though.
Thanks for the Heads Up Anon
And Welcome to the tent
Than you Anon,
any management that had anything to do with Allied Nevada should be avoided like the plague!!!!!!!
They should be persecuted to hell!!!!!
Thank for your insight. In this sector there agree many fraud. Even best of best get caught holding the bag. Case in point Mr. Robert Moriarty of 321gold has just written a post on his site how STA management acted against the interest of shareholders. Bob is known to have insight of this sector.

Bikko…Re Moriarty…I have reason to question his ethics as well
I had a couple run ins with him
I was sending him Rambus Free Posts 4 years ago when Rambus first identified that huge H and S in the mining indices
He was RUDE to say the least…called it bullshit and spam and went into a rage full of explicatives when I continued to send him posts that were ringing true . I had thought he would want his readers to see the potential for another 2008
but he completely blacklisted Rambus Work …To this day you will not see it at 321 .All other PM sites ..like Kitco Safehaven Goldseek Gold-Eagle and Market Oracle have welcomed Rambus Posts and have been very appreciative .
Just one mans experience .
