I have been trying a similar approach using the Stochastic indicator crossover at the 80 and 20. I cannot tell from the graph and wanted to ask what mechanism you used to trigger the green buy and red sell signals?
I found the slow Sto crossovers gave losses so I added trendlines and a hard stop loss to limit the losses. My system seems to work but I still need to try it in real time. Sometimes backtesting a system appears to work but in real time it may not.
I would like to hear your thoughts how you are approaching this.
Stoch 144 denotes bullish or bearish momentum. KST crosses are the "actual" signal. Stoch 144 is best on the 15 min. Stoch 5 on the daily. stoch 14 on the 60 min. Combine this with divergences on the RSI and trend lines. Good luck. Also, note the 13/34 MA crosses.
Eagle,
Nice work!
