But, but, we are in the process of finishing the Trans Mountain Pipeline from Alberta to the Coast for export. It’s a mixed purpose pipeline but with a cut of that magnitude, what will it carry?
Most of the useless emissions seem to come from Ottawa.
Have they assigned them their proper share of those cuts?
