Although absent from New York, logic may be finally penetrating the murky depths of our military. Just the News ran a story this week headlined, “In Rebuke to Pentagon, Navy Board Finds 3-0 for Vax Objector Amid Questions of Mandate’s Lawfulness.”

A 22-year Navy Lieutenant, Billy Moseley, unanimously won a review board hearing over his refusal to take the jab. He opted neither to retire or even to submit a religious objection form, since he’d heard that the Navy was just denying religious exemptions anyway. Instead he refused to comply with what he decided was an unlawful order.

Ultimately, the board voted 3-0 that Moseley’s refusal to follow the covid vaccine order was not misconduct, and he should remain in the Navy. He and his lawyers hope Moseley’s case will be precedent for thousands of similar cases pending in that branch.

Logic has shown up in Arizona, too. Last Friday, Governor Doug Ducey (R-AZ) signed a new law banning state health officials from adding covid shots to the list of required public school vaccinations, and, for good measure, banned mask mandates in ANY government building in Arizona. Back in April, Arizona passed a law banning SCHOOL mask mandates without a parental opt-in.
