From John Manley

According to the National Post, the officer of the Governor General is being bombarded with 4,600 calls per day asking the Governor General to oust our rogue prime minister.

But the same article claims that the “Governor General cannot just decide to fire the prime minister” (citing some director of the McGill Institute for the Study of Canada).

Yet, in a January 2021 article, also by the National Post, they cited the executive director of the Institute on Governance saying the opposite: “she (the governor general) can remove a prime minister who seeks to govern unconstitutionally.”

Either way, it’s worth a try. You can add your vote of non-confidence against Justin “Castro” Trudeau by calling the Governor General’s office at 1-800-465-6890 or emailing the Honourable Mary Simon at info@gg.ca.

Be brave. Have fun. Stay sane!
