In 1912 my grandparents who were Russians were told by students at the university that they should get out of Russia because bad things were going to happen. Those bad things were of course the Communist revolution of 1917. One grandmother traveled across Europe alone to get to Canada, and my other grandparents made their way to Canada at the same time. They bent over backward to become good Canadians and contributed much to our society. I’ve told this story to recent Russian immigrants to Canada and they have said one thing— “your grandparents were smart people.” Now professors who know nothing about totalitarian regimes indoctrinate students in the Marxist ideology that was responsible for millions of Russian and Chinese murders in the 20th century. Let’s not let Marxism happen on our continent.
