I use Edge as my default browser…also Brave
Brave is Good…cancels out most Advertisements and Pop ups etc
But loads slow for me
Edge is terrible lately..so many ads its often unreadable…and You Tube Vids keep getting interrupted
Just Down loaded Duck Duck Go browser…It’s Great ….was able to import all the favorites and passwords very easily too
Highly recommended
Duck Duck Go provided a “back door” to governments several months ago — imo it is no longer a safe tool as whatever you search for is now tracked.
Still “works fine” but understand that it does not offer the confidentiality that it once did!
Perhaps Brave will have an article that explains what Duck Duck Go agreed to ……..might explain it better……
I’ve found that Brave search results are on par with what Goog thinks is relevant/newsworthy …. go to page 35 for what you’re looking for (try searching for a ZH article). Noticed also, no change in Goog’s MSM (paid/steered result output) since the regime change. DuckDuckGo has better results but I quit them for the reason you cited.
