Now buying Silver from the public under spot. Either they are anticipating a further drop in the price or they shook the tree and got more Silver to now sell at roughly 10% above spot.

As the years drag on, TPTB must contain the price of silver as is evident by the games they play in the paper mkt.
The concern we all must have is that as Silver rises, it shakes the tree and the retail investor sells his stash.

It’s all a game until it isn’t. There will come a day but it is not today.
