I believe JB has less than a year to live and based on that report saying he wasn’t fit to charge or indict no one is actually going to prosecute him legally. Hopefully it all comes out for the record and for the history books but as guilty as he is, he isn’t going to prison.(He should be hung for treason but not going to happen.)
