Yes, it started when he was VP (if not even earlier as a Senator) and China paid him thru Hunter. That explains why the Primary process in 2019-2020 was stopped and all the other Dem candidates were bribed, bought off and or threatened to drop out because Biden was trailing so bad he never would have won the nomination.
