She picks Obama as VP….BUT the House and Senate need to both approve by simple majority
The House would block this .
However Biden ( or Kamala ) Could still put Obama up as the running mate for the nov Election
And the Dem voters would be assured he / She would step down if they won
OR…they just tacetly know that He as VP will run the show

How is this for a twist of fate? Reading above this quote from the Constitution, “The 22nd Amendment reads in part, “No person shall be elected to the office of the president more than twice.” What if Democrats come out and admit the 2020 election was stolen and Trump was the real winner. Having been elected twice, he could not serve again. The quote from the Constitution made no mention of having served two terms, just having been elected twice. Dems would never admit the steal but that would be some chess move to keep Trump from getting back in.
