The plan all along was not to need additional power transmission once the population is reduced. The average Joe is about to face the truth.
In addition, the WEF stated goal is NOT to switch from gas to electric vehicles but to ELIMINATE personal vehicles completely and return to walking/bicycling etc. forms of transportation within geographic boundaries (ie: 15 minute cities).
The poor (99%) will be allowed to “travel” via VR devices and only the VERY elite will be permitted to visit physical destinations.
