Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister Prepping “Game Plan” For If U.S. Takes “Far Right, Authoritarian Shift”
While the rest of the world deals with actual problems, like wars, famine and human trafficking, Canada seems keen on spending its time creating “scenarios” on what it would do if the United States winds up electing anybody other than President Biden in 2024.
As National Post wrote this past week, the “plan” is so secretive and so important, Joly offered up little to no reasoning or detail as to why it exists or what it hopes to accomplish in the first place.
“In general, there is our game plan, precisely to be able to manage what could be a rather difficult situation,” she vaguely remarked. “I will work with my colleagues and with the mayors, the provincial premiers, with the business community, with the unions, with everyone in the country, so that we are ready regardless of the election outcome.”
So they are making plans, all encompassing I’m sure because our relationship with the US is all encompassing, doing it all in secret with “little to no reasoning or detail as to why it exists or what it hopes to accomplish in the first place” because she’s worried the other guys will be authoritarian. These people are not particularly self-aware. As Mike Tyson said, everyone has a plan until you get punched in the face. I’m hopeful the Canadian government will soon get punched in the face.
Bravo Strider
Strider that is so WEIRD! I just used that same quote in my post down below without realizing you were using it at almost the exact same time. We have some crazy connections running through our lives and through these threads.
Sir Kewl2,
I’m posting this comment, right after reading ONLY the headline.
Educate me, in what way is Biden not authoritarian? What “democratic principles” has he adopted?
IMHO, these headlines are just there to begin to sway voters that are considering the possibility of transitioning from (regretting) voting Democrat to Republican.
We the people have been sold a lot of hopium from the first Obama administration. And we are all worse off for it. May be not all. Except for the 0.05% filthy rich Democrats whose fortunes have grown 10-100X since the great mistake of November 2008.

The big plan is to merge Canada, the US and Mexico into one common market supernation. That is why a change of the leadership is so alarming to the communists in Canada. They have no plan for the possibility they might lose the thread of their big agenda. You know, in the new single currency supernation, Trudeau may end up being the appointed leader over the whole thing. Ever consider that?
