A Civil case …bankrupt the assholes…then comes the Criminal Case…..Hang them

Suits against these companies like Ecohealth and all well and good but my problem with it is they are making this an issue of corporate negligence when its actually an issue of criminal law. There whould be arrests first followed by trials and convictions, not mere financial settlements that make the problem go away. These lawsuits tend to shift the emphasis from a criminal courtroom to the corporate courts where issues of product liability and negligence are decided. The focus is thus on the boardrooms decision making process instead of the criminal actions of individuals. I think its fair to say most people want to see hangings, not settlements.
