Last nite FGC posted the most important post of the night and it wasn’t about a “Russian Coup”. Although that was interesting it will be long forgotten by next week. The really important story will be just getting started next week.

That wasn’t what I was referring to but I agree with you. Joe will probably complet most of this term and I think what McCarthy was alluding to earlier this week in trying to convice Republicans to slow walk an impeachment because they want to time it so Kamala takes over and becomes the nominee. Tough needle to thread but the GOP feels(correctly so) she would be the easiest DEM to defeat.

Of course Newsome is who the Dems would prefer. If an impeachment(threat of one) can lead to Joe stepping down for “health reasons” at just the right time to allow Kamala to be the first female(whatever that is anymore) President it is unlikely they wouldn’t fall in line to make her the candidate in 2024 as oppossed to dumping an incumbent President.

Every new story that comes out is the most important for a very brief period. Most of them are hyped by someone. Usually the MSM on behalf of the govt. & deep state. They all fade, some immediately, others after a few days or weeks. This one will too. How many times since the Ukraine war began a year and a half ago it was going to lead to a nuclear exchange to end the world? China and Taiwan. China and India, Israel and Iran? They are all interesting but why waste any energy worrying about things you have no influence or control over. If the nukes get launched we will all be dead soon enough. The most important story that is playing out and you do have some control(at least as it affects yourself and your loved ones) and you provided the correct response. “Keep on stacking”. The others make for good headlines but will soon pass. The end of the current financial system is the story of our lifetimes!
Fair Point….BUT You are being dismissive of this particular moment in Geopolitical History …The BIG story is this Incredible mess of uncertainty on both sides of the conflict WAGNERGATE AND BIDENGATE…which will likely feed into the PM markets
I am interested and follow like most stories.Just putting into context. Yes, they all play into and get factored into the markets. That is why your chart is so important as everything gets factored in and reflected in it. Keep up the good work.
