“COVID Isn’t Real” might sound preposterous to some folks who regularly visit this site, but Denis Rancourt could be right on the money with his observations, analyses and hypotheses.

It is a rather long video (1 hour duration) that covers a lot of related topics.  Don’t miss the last 20 minutes or so, where he attempts to put all the pieces together.

Denis Rancourt authored and/or co-authored 4 important scientific papers related to all-cause mortality around the world.  The data suggests that there was no viral outbreak in 2020.

All-cause mortality shot up early during COVID, and it was most pronounced in the U.S.  It remained high in the U.S. through 2020 and 2021.  In other countries, excess mortality shot up and came back down in 2020.  For all of 2020, the U.S. had 1.2 million excess deaths, whereas Canada had no detectable excess deaths.

In the U.S., excess deaths showed a strong correlation with poverty, obesity, disabled individuals, and among people receiving government assistance.  This was most pronounced in four southern states.

The author thinks (his hypothesis) that excess deaths in 2020 were due to bacterial lung infections, not a viral infection.  Doctors were discouraged from prescribing antibiotics in 2020, and prescriptions for that year were 50% lower than normal.

During the ‘vaccination’ period in 2021 in the U.S., there was high excess mortality among the young adult population, while there was no excess mortality among the elderly.  There was a large rise in excess mortality for late summer of 2021.  This coincided with renewed efforts in certain states to ‘vaccinate’ individuals who had not been ‘vaccinated’ yet.

The last 20 minutes gets into the politics.
