After another look: I just did the math. 3.9 million are up to date. Not including BC, QC and PEI. So there could be more. That’s 3.9/38 million=10% I guess the other three provinces will bring it up to 16.17%.
That’s a huge fall off in one month. It means almost no one is re-upping. Good to see!
