Bruce Ohr was a higher up at DOJ, and a conduit to Strzok and Page.
Nellie was employed by Simpson at Fusion GPS as a contract employee.
IIRC, she was the one fed the dirt via the infamous dossier.
In other words, she was hired by Fusion to relay information fed to her, which she then relayed to her husband at DOJ, who then passed it forward up the chain.
