USA Today reported that Biden’s Big Announcement today is expected to be the purchase of a half-billion at-home rapid tests and the deployment of 1,000 fully-injected military medical staff to overburdened hospitals to fight surging blue-state infections and the new, highly-transmissible Omicron variant.
If USA Today is right, this actually signals a major policy change. The Administration has been wary of at-home tests because they aren’t recorded and reported by local health departments. So, if they start giving people at-home tests, it will lower reported Covid “cases.” Ta-da! Presto! It worked!
In other words, distribution of at-home tests is the first thing they are doing that will ACTUALLY reduce cases. People will use the at-home cases and not go wait in line someplace. Reported cases will fall. I mean, it won’t make INFECTIONS go away, but it will make it LOOK LIKE infections are dropping, and that’s just as good, right?
? CNN’s obnoxious TV doc Leanna Wen, who never saw a mandate she didn’t want to marry and have a family with, said this on the air yesterday: “Don’t wear a cloth mask. Cloth masks are little more than facial decorations. There’s no place for them in light of Omicron.”
Hold on, hold on. Wait a second. Cloth masks don’t work? They’re no more than facial decorations? Against Omicron? Is she saying face masks USED to work? Like, with Delta? But now they don’t anymore? There’s something physically different about Omicron that defeats the masks? Wen is a reliable promoter of the narrative. So this must be a trial balloon for a KN95 requirement or something.
Anyway, I can’t wait to hear how they explain this one. They can’t just admit that cloth masks didn’t work all this time for prior variants. So … Science is truly awesome.
I may be totally misreading this, but this speech sounds like a surrender of sorts. Throw out a bunch of worthless policies then declare victory. They need to move on and quit pissing everyone off and I think they are just now realizing this. They can’t wait until next summer prior to the elections, that’s too deep a hole to dig themselves out of. They need to declare victory and relatively soon.
I agree with your timing theory that they have to make a move — either declare victory and remove all restrictions so the populace can breath freedom again & gain political traction OR impose even harsher restrictions and mandatory (military enforced) injections. As this is a worldwide coup d’etait underway, the decision on which direction has international implications. EU seems to be moving towards the military enforcement version (Austria, Germany) but they also don’t face civil war consequences that could arise in the USA.
Unless TPTB already know that they will win in Nov 2022 (same as 2020 election) than this could be their only chance to force implementation of digital passports until a future generation.
Do TPTB have the patience to wait for another “kick at the can”?
And they are almost out of runway on hiding the financial crisis so the general public doesn’t see that they have been pillaged financially. The fiat system won’t survive until a future generation and this may be the last opportunity for TPTB to cover their tracks. It’s a consideration…..
Anybody know how this fits in with the PCR tests deemed not reliable anymore? Or are the two not connected??

Dec 31 is the deadline for present PCR tests
The NFL has decided to stop testing the vaxxed ( 95%) personel ..so thats a clue
If these are the same(I don’t know either) it is just a distraction and way of ginning up more fear among the sheeple.
