I guess they believe so firmly in global warming that they are willing to bet their lives on it. As far as population culling goes, I favour this plan over their last one.

Hmmm….how much room did they leave to spin this story when Russia announces that the existing pipelines are dropping to 1/2 volume due to a “technical problem”?
